Due to the nature of digital products, all eBooks and AudioBooks sales are final. Once a purchase is complete, we cannot offer returns or refunds. Digital content can be easily downloaded and reproduced, making it impossible to guarantee that it has yet to be copied or shared after a refund is issued.

Before making a purchase, we recommend carefully reviewing the product description and preview samples (if available). It will help ensure that the eBook or AudioBook fits your needs well.

Here are some additional points to consider:

• All product descriptions clearly outline the content, format, and file size of the eBook or AudioBook.
• Sample chapters or excerpts may be available for some titles to understand the writing style and content better.
• We recommend using a compatible device or software to ensure you can access the downloaded files.

 

Exceptions: Physical Products (Paperbacks)

This policy applies solely to downloadable digital products. For physical paperback books, we accept returns within 14 days only if the book is returned in its original, unopened, and undamaged condition for a refund of the book; shipping costs will not be refunded.  The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
